Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and coordinate all outbound/inbound shipment processes
- Handle expedition billing, invoice verification, and payment reconciliation
- Optimize transportation routes and carrier partnerships
- Maintain accurate logistics documentation and compliance records
- Monitor shipment status and resolve delivery delays
- Collaborate with warehouse and production teams
- Analyze logistics performance metrics for continuous improvement
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years in logistics/transportation operations
- Proficiency in expedition billing systems
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian shipping regulations
- Experience with logistics software and MS Office
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Detail-oriented with numerical accuracy
