Your responsibilities will include coordinating driver schedules to ensure timely deliveries, managing delivery orders (DO) for accuracy and efficiency, conducting thorough vehicle inspections to ensure trucks are roadworthy, and maintaining accurate records of all operational activities. This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Coordinate driver schedules to ensure timely departures and deliveries
- Manage and organize delivery orders (DO) for efficient operations
- Conduct thorough inspections of trucks to ensure roadworthiness
- Maintain accurate records of all operational activities

- Communicate with drivers and other team members regarding operational matters

Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in logistics is a plus
- Prior experience in operational or logistics roles preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of transportation regulations and safety standards
- Proficiency in using basic office software and logistics management systems
