Join our dynamic team as a Staff Operasional Trucking and play a pivotal role in optimizing our logistics operations. This position requires proactive monitoring of daily vendor activities, strategic sourcing of trucking partners, and maintaining seamless communication channels with all stakeholders. You'll be responsible for generating comprehensive performance reports including SLA metrics, Delivery Order tracking, and weekly vendor evaluations. The ideal candidate will ensure operational excellence by identifying improvement opportunities, resolving logistical challenges, and fostering strong vendor relationships. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct daily monitoring of trucking vendors to ensure operational efficiency and service compliance
- Source, evaluate, and onboard new trucking vendors to meet company logistics requirements
- Establish and maintain effective communication channels with vendor partners
- Generate daily/weekly performance reports including SLA metrics and DO tracking
- Analyze vendor performance data and identify optimization opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate transportation schedules
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Manage vendor contracts and service agreements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration
- Minimum 2 years of experience in vendor management or transportation operations
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with vendor partners
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics reporting tools
- Ability to analyze performance data and prepare detailed reports
- Knowledge of Indonesian transportation regulations and industry standards
- Problem-solving skills with attention to operational details
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
