Tanggung Jawab
- Operating production machinery and equipment in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Monitoring production output and maintaining logs for quality control and process efficiency.
- Conducting routine machine inspections to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Performing manual and semi-automated packaging tasks for finished goods.
- Collaborating with the maintenance team to report malfunctions or technical issues immediately.
- Ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols on the factory floor.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work station to support lean manufacturing practices.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- At least 1-2 years of experience as a Production Operator, preferably in the manufacturing or chemical industry.
- Possess a strong understanding of industrial safety standards and protocols.
- Ability to work in shifts and maintain high physical stamina.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex technical instructions.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a large team.
- Familiarity with CPO or Oleo Chemical manufacturing processes is considered a strong advantage.
