Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end purchasing cycle, from identifying requirements to receiving goods.
- Source and negotiate with new and existing suppliers to secure the best terms, quality, and pricing.
- Monitor inventory levels to forecast demand and prevent stock shortages or overstocking.
- Coordinate closely with logistics and production teams to ensure timely delivery of raw materials.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions, supplier performance, and invoices.
- Assist in preparing purchase orders, contracts, and related documentation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build professional relationships with vendors.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
- Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
