Doran Sukses Indonesia is seeking a dynamic Staff Pembelian to join our procurement team. In this critical role, you will oversee the entire procurement lifecycle, from vendor selection to purchase order management, ensuring seamless operations across our manufacturing and logistics divisions. You will be instrumental in optimizing purchasing processes, maintaining robust supplier relationships, and ensuring all transactions comply with company policies and industry standards. This position offers an opportunity to contribute directly to our operational excellence while developing expertise in supply chain management within a growing Indonesian manufacturing enterprise.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes including vendor selection, negotiation, and contract management
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and maintain optimal inventory levels
- Develop and maintain comprehensive vendor databases with performance metrics
- Prepare purchase orders, track deliveries, and resolve discrepancies with suppliers
- Analyze market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities and strategic sourcing initiatives
- Ensure all procurement activities adhere to budgetary constraints and regulatory requirements
- Maintain accurate documentation of purchasing activities for audit compliance
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement or purchasing roles
- Strong negotiation skills with proven vendor relationship management experience
- Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office applications
- Knowledge of Indonesian procurement regulations and compliance standards
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple priorities
