We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Staff Powder Coating to join our production team in Jakarta Utara. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring that our products meet the highest aesthetic and structural standards through precise application of powder coating materials.
As a key member of our production unit, you will operate, maintain, and monitor powder coating machinery, ensuring efficiency, safety, and superior finish quality. Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor powder coating equipment to ensure high-quality, uniform finishes.
- Prepare surfaces for coating, including degreasing, sandblasting, or chemical pretreatment.
- Manage the powder application process, adjusting spray patterns and pressures for optimal coverage.
- Perform regular quality control checks to inspect for defects, color consistency, and adhesion.
- Maintain equipment maintenance schedules, including cleaning spray guns, ovens, and booth filters.
- Adhere to strict safety guidelines and PPE protocols while handling chemicals and high-temperature equipment.
- Maintain accurate production logs and inventory usage reports for coating materials.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of a High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent experience.
- At least 1-2 years of proven experience in industrial powder coating or metal finishing.
- Proficiency in operating powder application guns and curing ovens.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify coating inconsistencies or surface defects.
- Basic knowledge of chemical safety and workplace health standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and meet daily output targets.
- Excellent physical stamina and the ability to perform repetitive manual tasks.
