Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive production plans aligned with sales forecasts
- Monitor inventory levels and optimize stock rotation to prevent shortages or overstock
- Coordinate with production, warehouse, and procurement teams for seamless operations
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement improvement strategies
- Prepare detailed reports on production KPIs and inventory status
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations
- Manage material flow to minimize production downtime
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in PPIC or production planning roles
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and data-driven decision-making
- Effective communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration
