Join Sakari Sumber Abadi's manufacturing operations as a Staff PPIC and play a pivotal role in optimizing our supply chain efficiency. You'll be responsible for meticulously verifying inventory data, creating strategic purchase requests, and ensuring timely material arrivals to prevent production bottlenecks. This position requires daily management of in-out transaction reports and comprehensive stock reconciliation to maintain accurate inventory records. Your expertise will directly impact production scheduling, cost control, and warehouse operations. Tanggung Jawab
- Verify and maintain accurate inventory data across all product lines
- Create and process purchase requests based on production forecasts and stock levels
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials
- Generate daily in-out transaction reports for inventory tracking
- Conduct comprehensive stock reconciliation and variance analysis
- Collaborate with production and warehouse teams to align inventory needs
- Monitor reorder points and optimize inventory turnover ratios
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Industrial Engineering
- Minimum 2 years of experience in PPIC or inventory control roles
- Proficiency in inventory management software (SAP/Oracle) and MS Excel
- Strong analytical skills with attention to numerical accuracy
- Experience in manufacturing inventory management preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is advantageous
