Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement production plans to optimize manufacturing efficiency and meet delivery deadlines
- Monitor inventory levels, analyze stock data, and implement inventory control procedures to prevent shortages or overstock
- Operate ERP systems to manage production schedules, track work orders, and generate performance reports
- Coordinate with procurement, production, and sales departments to align inventory planning with business objectives
- Analyze production capacity, material availability, and demand fluctuations to adjust plans proactively
- Implement and maintain accurate inventory records using Excel and ERP software
- Identify inefficiencies in supply chain processes and recommend data-driven improvements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in production planning or inventory control roles
- Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret production data and trends
- Excellent understanding of manufacturing processes and inventory management principles
- Detail-oriented with high accuracy in data management and reporting
- Effective communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration
