Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain comprehensive production schedules aligned with sales forecasts and inventory levels
- Monitor and optimize raw material inventory to prevent stockouts or overstocking
- Analyze production capacity and adjust plans to meet delivery deadlines
- Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams for smooth material flow
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for planning efficiency
- Generate regular reports on KPIs like inventory turnover and production lead times
- Resolve production bottlenecks and schedule disruptions proactively
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in PPIC or production planning roles
- Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
