As a key player in our operations, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless cross-border logistics and compliance with Indonesian customs regulations.

Tanggung Jawab
- Managing and monitoring the entire customs clearance process for import and export shipments.
- Ensuring all customs documentation is prepared accurately and submitted within the required deadlines.
- Classifying goods accurately according to the Indonesian Customs Tariff (BTKI) and Harmonized System (HS) codes.
- Coordinating with customs officers, port authorities, and internal logistics teams to resolve clearance bottlenecks.
- Monitoring PIB (Pemberitahuan Impor Barang) and PEB (Pemberitahuan Ekspor Barang) status via the CEISA system.
- Providing expert advice on trade compliance, customs duties, and tax regulations to internal stakeholders.
- Maintaining updated knowledge of current customs regulations and government policies to ensure full operational compliance.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in the Export-Import and PPJK field.
- Possession of an active Ahli Kepabeanan (PPJK) certification is highly preferred and prioritized.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian customs laws, regulations, and e-customs systems (CEISA/EDI).
- Detail-oriented with a strong analytical mindset to handle complex tariff classifications.
- Able to work under pressure and meet strict cargo release deadlines.
- Good communication skills and proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a dynamic logistics team.
