Maxwide Logistics Inc is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Staff PPJK to join our dynamic Export-Import team in Jakarta. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless customs clearance processes, maintaining strict regulatory compliance, and facilitating the efficient movement of international shipments.
The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Indonesian customs regulations and have a proven track record in handling PIB (Pemberitahuan Impor Barang) and PEB (Pemberitahuan Ekspor Barang) documentation. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare, process, and finalize PIB/PEB documentation accurately and within tight deadlines.
- Coordinate with customs brokers and relevant government authorities to ensure smooth clearance processes.
- Verify Harmonized System (HS) Codes and ensure compliance with prevailing Indonesian trade regulations.
- Monitor and track shipment status from arrival/departure until final delivery.
- Manage electronic customs filing systems (EDI/PDE) effectively.
- Address and resolve any discrepancies or issues arising during the customs inspection or clearance phase.
- Maintain comprehensive logs and digital archives of all export-import customs documentation.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as an Export-Import Staff, specifically handling PPJK documentation.
- Possess a valid Customs Expert Certification (Sertifikasi Ahli Kepabeanan) is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian Customs Laws, Procedures, and Trade Regulations.
- Proficiency in using customs systems such as CEISA/EDI.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle high-volume documentation tasks.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Good communication skills in both Indonesian and English (professional correspondence).
