As an integral part of our logistics department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth customs clearance processes and bridging communication gaps with our international partners.

Tanggung Jawab
- Managing and processing customs declaration documents (PPJK) in accordance with government regulations.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for Mandarin-speaking clients and partners regarding import/export logistics.
- Coordinating with internal teams and customs authorities to ensure timely shipment clearance.
- Translating technical shipping documents, invoices, and regulatory forms from Mandarin to Indonesian and vice versa.
- Monitoring the status of shipments and providing regular updates to stakeholders.
- Maintaining accurate digital and physical archives of customs documentation for auditing purposes.
- Identifying and resolving potential bottlenecks in the import/export process to maintain operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, International Trade, Business, or a related field.
- Fluency in Mandarin (oral and reading) is mandatory for this role.
- Prior experience in PPJK or customs brokerage is highly preferred.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with customs management software.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate professionally across different levels.
- High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
- Must be based in or willing to be stationed in Bintan, Kepulauan Riau.
