Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end procurement cycle, from sourcing and vendor selection to final delivery and payment processing.
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, ensuring they meet the company's quality, safety, and compliance standards.
- Negotiate favorable terms, prices, and lead times with vendors to ensure operational efficiency and cost savings.
- Coordinate with internal departments to determine material requirements and ensure timely stock availability.
- Prepare and analyze procurement reports, market trends, and cost-benefit analysis for management review.
- Maintain an accurate database of vendors, purchase orders, and procurement contracts.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant maritime industry regulations regarding procurement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management, preferably within the shipping or logistics industry.
- Proficiency in using ERP software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel expertise is a must).
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain vendor relationships.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and professional proficiency in English.
