Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end procurement cycle including sourcing, price negotiation, and purchase order issuance.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment according to project schedules.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify cost-saving opportunities and alternative suppliers.
- Monitor and evaluate vendor performance to ensure quality compliance and competitive pricing.
- Manage procurement documentation and maintain accurate inventory or purchase records.
- Collaborate with the project management team to align procurement activities with project timelines.
- Resolve any issues related to invoice discrepancies, damaged goods, or supply chain delays.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in Procurement or Purchasing roles, specifically within the construction or property developer industry.
- Possess a minimum of a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's (S1) degree in Civil Engineering, Management, Accounting, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of construction materials, tools, and equipment is highly preferred.
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and familiar with procurement software or ERP systems.
- Strong integrity, high attention to detail, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Capable of working independently and as part of a team in a professional environment.
