Tanggung Jawab
- Source, evaluate, and select suppliers for raw materials and manufacturing supplies
- Develop and negotiate procurement contracts to achieve cost optimization targets
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production teams for timely material delivery
- Implement procurement strategies aligned with company sustainability goals
- Manage supplier relationships and conduct performance reviews
- Analyze market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Maintain accurate procurement documentation and compliance records
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of procurement experience in manufacturing industry
- Strong negotiation skills with proven contract management expertise
- Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal)
- Knowledge of Indonesian procurement regulations and compliance standards
