We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Staff Procurement to join our dynamic team in Balaraja. This role is pivotal in ensuring the efficiency of our supply chain and manufacturing operations by managing vendor relationships, streamlining purchasing processes, and optimizing procurement costs.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process, from requisition to delivery.
- Source and evaluate potential suppliers to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery of materials.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with vendors to achieve the best value for the company.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the production team to ensure uninterrupted supply.
- Maintain accurate procurement records, purchase orders, and supplier databases.
- Perform regular market analysis to identify new sources and alternative products.
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and safety standards.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and ERP systems.
- High attention to detail with excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team under tight deadlines.
- Good command of English (written and verbal) is a plus.
- Willing to be based in Balaraja, Banten.
