We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Staff Procurement and Logistic to join PT Tairan Hahai Mandiri. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for streamlining our supply chain operations, ensuring the timely acquisition of goods, and maintaining optimal inventory levels. You will act as the bridge between our internal departments and external vendors, driving efficiency and cost-effectiveness in our procurement processes.
Your daily responsibilities will involve managing the end-to-end purchasing cycle, from sourcing suppliers to negotiating contracts and tracking shipments. You will play a key role in maintaining accurate records, coordinating with logistics partners for delivery, and ensuring compliance with company policies. We are looking for a candidate who is organized, communicative, and ready to contribute to a dynamic team environment in Jakarta Timur.
Tanggung Jawab
- Execute and manage the procurement cycle, including requisition processing, purchase order generation, and supplier follow-up.
- Coordinate with logistics providers to ensure timely delivery of goods and proper handling of shipping documentation.
- Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks to prevent shortages or excess stock.
- Negotiate terms and prices with suppliers to secure favorable deals and improve cost efficiency.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date procurement records and databases for reporting purposes.
- Resolve supply chain issues promptly and communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure operational continuity.
- Assist in the evaluation of supplier performance and supplier relationship management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in procurement, purchasing, or logistic coordination.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and prepare detailed reports.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Valid Indonesian driving license is an advantage.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
