Limin Marine & Offshore is seeking a strategic Staff Procurement (Export Import Specialist) to join our dynamic team in Jakarta Selatan. This is not a typical purchasing admin role; we are looking for a proactive professional who possesses a deep understanding of customs flow, Batam Free Trade Zone (FTZ) mechanics, and the ability to prevent operational delays before they impact the business. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement lifecycle, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations, and optimizing our supply chain efficiency.
You will act as the linchpin between suppliers, customs brokers, and internal stakeholders, ensuring that critical marine and offshore materials are delivered on time and within budget. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end import and export procurement cycles, from requisition to final delivery.
- Coordinate closely with customs brokers and government authorities to ensure smooth clearance processes.
- Ensure full compliance with Batam FTZ regulations and Indonesian trade laws.
- Analyze shipping routes and logistics data to optimize costs and delivery timelines.
- Identify potential bottlenecks in the supply chain and implement preventive measures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including bills of lading, commercial invoices, and permits.
- Liaise with international and local suppliers to resolve logistical issues effectively.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in procurement, export/import, or logistics within the maritime or manufacturing sector.
- Strong working knowledge of customs flow and the specific mechanics of the Batam FTZ.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on problem-solving and risk prevention.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
