Tanggung Jawab
- Manage comprehensive business communication with international suppliers, factories, forwarders, and partners in Korea, China, and Indonesia
- Coordinate international shipping logistics including documentation, customs clearance, and freight arrangements
- Negotiate contracts and pricing terms to optimize procurement costs and supplier relationships
- Monitor supply chain performance metrics and implement corrective actions for delays or discrepancies
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, import/export laws, and company policies
- Collaborate with internal teams to align procurement strategies with production schedules and inventory needs
- Develop contingency plans for supply chain disruptions and manage vendor performance evaluations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement or international logistics with cross-border shipping exposure
- Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office Suite with advanced Excel skills
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with fluency in Indonesian and English
- Knowledge of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and INCOTERMS
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify cost optimization opportunities
- Proven problem-solving skills in managing logistics challenges and supplier disputes
