PT Tunas Harapan Baru is a rapidly growing company in the Manufacturing and Logistics sector. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Staff Procurement & Tender to join our professional team in Medan. In this role, you will play a critical part in managing our supply chain efficiency by overseeing the entire procurement lifecycle—from initial needs analysis and vendor selection to final contract execution and payment processing.
The ideal candidate will possess sharp analytical skills, excellent negotiation abilities, and a proven track record in managing vendor relationships. You will be responsible for ensuring that all procurement activities align with our quality standards and budget objectives, contributing directly to the operational excellence of our organization.
Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive needs analysis to support operational requirements across various departments.
- Identify, screen, and maintain a database of high-quality vendors and subcontractors.
- Lead negotiation processes to ensure cost-effectiveness, quality, and timely delivery of goods or services.
- Prepare and manage tender documentation, including Requests for Quotation (RFQ) and Request for Proposals (RFP).
- Draft, review, and manage contracts and service agreements to protect company interests.
- Monitor vendor performance through regular evaluations and KPI assessments.
- Coordinate with the finance department to facilitate smooth payment processing and invoice reconciliation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or tender management (experience in Manufacturing/Logistics is a plus).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- High level of integrity and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; professional proficiency in English is preferred.
