Tanggung Jawab
- Collaborate with production team to meet daily output targets and quality standards
- Operate and maintain production equipment following safety protocols
- Monitor production processes and identify efficiency improvement opportunities
- Perform quality control checks and document production metrics
- Ensure work areas maintain cleanliness and organization standards
- Assist in training new team members on production procedures
- Report equipment malfunctions and maintenance needs promptly
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (D3/S1 preferred)
- Minimum 1 year experience in manufacturing/production environment
- Basic knowledge of production machinery and safety procedures
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in team settings
- Physical stamina for standing/walking during shifts
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed
