We are currently seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven Staff Purchasing to join our team in Pontianak. In this role, you will be the backbone of our supply chain, ensuring that our procurement processes are efficient, cost-effective, and aligned with our operational requirements.
As our Staff Purchasing, you will manage end-to-end procurement cycles, from identifying reliable vendors and negotiating favorable contract terms to ensuring timely delivery of goods and services. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective procurement strategies to meet company material and service requirements.
- Source, screen, and maintain strong relationships with reliable suppliers and vendors.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules to maximize cost-efficiency without compromising quality.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production or warehouse teams to prevent stockouts.
- Prepare and process purchase orders (PO) accurately and timely in the internal system.
- Track incoming shipments, manage documentation, and resolve discrepancies with suppliers.
- Conduct regular market research to stay updated on price trends and alternative supply sources.
- Prepare monthly procurement reports for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain roles, preferably in the manufacturing or logistics industry.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel for data analysis and reporting).
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build professional relationships with vendors.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
- Good communication skills in Indonesian (written and spoken).
- Willing to be based in Pontianak, Kalimantan Barat.
