PT. Pemalang Aji Jaya Maritimindo is a growing player in the manufacturing and maritime logistics sector. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Staff Purchasing to join our operations team in Pemalang. As a Staff Purchasing, you will be the backbone of our procurement cycle, ensuring that our supply chain runs smoothly, efficiently, and cost-effectively.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end procurement activities, from managing purchase requests to vendor negotiations and ensuring timely delivery of goods. You will play a crucial role in maintaining strong relationships with suppliers while optimizing company expenses. Tanggung Jawab
- Handle and process all incoming Purchase Requests (PR) from internal departments.
- Conduct professional price negotiations with suppliers to achieve the best value for the company.
- Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (PO) accurately and in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure goods are delivered according to the agreed schedule.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate re-orders to prevent stock-outs.
- Verify incoming goods against purchase documents to ensure quality and quantity accuracy.
- Maintain and update vendor databases and procurement documentation.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Management, or related fields.
- Experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain administration is a strong advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic office software.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Deep understanding of vendor management and procurement cycles.
- Willing to be based in Pemalang, Jawa Tengah.
