PT Harsindo Mitra Perkasa is currently seeking a highly motivated Staff Purchasing to join our growing team in Jawa Tengah. In this role, you will play a critical part in our operational success by ensuring the efficient acquisition of high-quality goods and services while maintaining optimal cost-efficiency.
As our Purchasing Staff, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our suppliers, managing negotiations and ensuring that our procurement processes align with company standards. We are looking for an individual who possesses strong analytical skills, professional communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving within the manufacturing and logistics sector.
Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze company requirements to determine necessary goods and services for operational efficiency.
- Source, screen, and maintain strong relationships with reliable suppliers and vendors.
- Execute price negotiations to ensure cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.
- Review and verify purchase orders to ensure accuracy in quantity, specifications, and delivery timelines.
- Monitor supplier performance and resolve any issues regarding product quality or logistics delays.
- Maintain comprehensive records of procurement activities, supplier agreements, and payment terms.
- Collaborate with internal departments to align purchasing strategies with production schedules.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Understanding of supply chain processes and inventory management.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
