Soraya Interindo is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Staff Purchasing to join our growing team in Tangerang. As a key member of our supply chain department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth procurement of materials and goods essential to our manufacturing and logistics operations.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end purchasing process, from sourcing to delivery.
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices and quality.
- Process purchase orders and ensure accurate documentation.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.
- Assist in the administration of BPJS Kesehatan dan Ketenagakerjaan (Health and Social Security for Workers) for employees.
- Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely product availability.
- Analyze market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar purchasing or procurement role.
- Associate degree or Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Strong understanding of inventory management and supply chain principles.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
