Sungai Budi Group, a leading player in the national agri-business and consumer goods industry, is currently seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Staff Purchasing Executive to join our plantation operations in Kalimantan Barat. In this vital role, you will be responsible for streamlining the procurement of essential goods, spare parts, and agricultural inputs necessary for the optimal efficiency of our palm oil plantation estates.
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong negotiation skills, analytical thinking, and a deep understanding of supply chain logistics within the plantation sector. You will play a key role in maintaining cost-efficiency while ensuring the uninterrupted availability of supplies required for high-yield operations. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process for agricultural supplies, machinery parts, and plantation operational equipment.
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers to ensure the best value, quality, and delivery timelines.
- Conduct professional price negotiations and build strong, long-term relationships with vendors.
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure operational continuity and minimize storage costs.
- Ensure all purchasing activities comply with company policies, budget constraints, and sustainability standards.
- Prepare regular procurement reports, including spend analysis and performance tracking of suppliers.
- Coordinate closely with the warehouse and operations teams to facilitate smooth material delivery to the estate.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a purchasing or supply chain role, preferably within the palm oil (sawit) or plantation industry.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain management, procurement cycles, and market trends for industrial goods.
- Proficient in using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
- High integrity, attention to detail, and analytical thinking.
- Willing to be based in or travel to plantation areas in Kalimantan Barat.
