As a pivotal member of our procurement division, you will play a critical role in bridging communication with our international suppliers, specifically those within the Mandarin-speaking market. Tanggung Jawab
- Execute the full procurement cycle, from sourcing and vendor selection to final order placement and delivery tracking.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Mandarin-speaking suppliers to ensure clear communication and negotiate competitive terms.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure supply meets production demands.
- Analyze market trends and vendor pricing to maintain cost-efficiency while upholding quality standards.
- Prepare and process purchase orders (PO) and ensure all documentation is accurate and compliant with internal policies.
- Resolve any issues related to shipment delays, quality discrepancies, or payment conflicts with vendors.
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with key suppliers to ensure priority support and service.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management.
- Proficiency in Mandarin (speaking, reading, and writing) is mandatory for this role.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Ability to reside in or commute to Surabaya, Jawa Timur.
