Become a key player in Unicorn Tosan Perkasa's supply chain as our Staff Purchasing MEP. In this critical role, you'll orchestrate the entire procurement lifecycle for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) materials and equipment. Your expertise will drive vendor selection, competitive quotation analysis, delivery coordination, and purchase order management – ensuring operational excellence across our manufacturing and logistics operations. You'll collaborate cross-functionally to align procurement strategies with departmental needs while maintaining cost-efficiency and quality standards. This position offers the opportunity to optimize our procurement processes and directly impact our production efficiency in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

- Manage end-to-end procurement process for MEP materials and equipment
- Screen, evaluate, and select qualified vendors through rigorous assessment criteria
- Analyze vendor quotations to ensure competitive pricing and technical compliance
- Coordinate delivery schedules and track material arrivals to prevent production delays
- Prepare and process purchase orders with precise specifications and terms
- Maintain vendor performance records and conduct periodic evaluations
- Optimize procurement workflows to reduce costs and improve lead times
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- 3+ years of procurement experience in MEP or manufacturing environments
- Expertise in vendor management, negotiation, and contract administration
- Strong analytical skills for cost-benefit analysis of quotations
- Proficiency in ERP systems and procurement software
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) preferred
