Are you a detail-oriented purchasing professional with a passion for project management and asset lifecycle? Sari Rasa Group is looking for a dedicated Staff Purchasing (Project Building & Fixed Asset) to join our dynamic procurement team in Jakarta. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining our infrastructure by managing the end-to-end procurement process for building materials, maintenance supplies, and company fixed assets.
We are seeking an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses strong negotiation skills, and is adept at vendor relationship management. Your work will directly impact the operational efficiency of our facilities and projects, ensuring that all supplies are procured timely, cost-effectively, and in alignment with our corporate standards.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end purchasing process for building maintenance materials and fixed assets, from requisition to final delivery.
- Generate and process Purchase Orders (PO) accurately, ensuring all specifications and budget constraints are met.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services for ongoing projects.
- Monitor and track supply chain workflows to ensure all documentation, including delivery notes and invoices, is complete and accurate.
- Facilitate the invoice verification and payment process in collaboration with the Finance department.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of suppliers and track price fluctuations for building materials to optimize procurement costs.
- Conduct regular follow-ups on outstanding documents to ensure seamless administrative operations.
- Provide regular reports on procurement status, project material usage, and fixed asset inventory.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement, specifically within construction, building maintenance, or retail/manufacturing sectors.
- Solid understanding of project-based procurement and fixed asset management processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and familiar with ERP/Purchasing software.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage diverse vendor relationships.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail, particularly with documentation and financial data.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet tight project deadlines.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; professional proficiency in English is a significant advantage.
