Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes for raw materials and operational supplies
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to optimize cost and quality
- Maintain accurate inventory records and purchase order documentation
- Collaborate with production and warehouse teams to ensure timely material delivery
- Analyze market trends and pricing to inform purchasing decisions
- Implement and improve procurement policies and supplier evaluation systems
- Monitor supplier performance and resolve delivery or quality issues
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement or purchasing roles
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
