Tanggung Jawab
- Manage procurement of production raw materials and packaging materials to meet manufacturing demands
- Source and purchase office supplies, equipment, and general operational necessities
- Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships through strategic negotiations
- Analyze market trends to optimize procurement costs and ensure competitive pricing
- Oversee purchase order processing, contract management, and supplier compliance
- Collaborate with production, logistics, and finance teams for aligned procurement planning
- Implement procurement best practices and maintain accurate documentation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of procurement/purchasing experience in manufacturing
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office Suite
- Knowledge of Indonesian procurement regulations and compliance
- Analytical mindset with attention to cost optimization
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
