Tanggung Jawab
- Manage procurement processes for raw materials and finished goods across multiple product lines
- Source, evaluate, and select qualified suppliers based on quality standards, cost-effectiveness, and delivery reliability
- Negotiate favorable contracts, pricing terms, and payment conditions with suppliers to optimize costs
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production team to ensure seamless supply chain operations
- Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical sourcing standards, and industry regulations
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders
- Analyze market trends, pricing fluctuations, and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Prepare regular reports on purchasing activities, performance metrics, and strategic recommendations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with proven track record of successful vendor management
- Proficiency in procurement software, ERP systems, and MS Office applications
- Knowledge of supply chain management principles, inventory control, and logistics operations
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven purchasing decisions
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Fluent in both Indonesian and English, both written and spoken
