Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end purchasing processes including vendor selection, negotiation, and contract management
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, and distribution
- Implement inventory management systems to optimize stock levels and minimize waste
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials while maintaining quality standards
- Develop and maintain accurate inventory records using digital tracking systems
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements in warehouse operations
- Analyze purchasing data to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements
- Collaborate with production and logistics teams to align inventory with operational needs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in purchasing and warehouse management
- Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office applications
- Strong negotiation skills with proven vendor relationship management experience
- Knowledge of supply chain optimization principles and lean inventory techniques
- Ability to work independently while coordinating cross-functional teams
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English for effective communication
