PT Karya Makmur Pratama Jaya is currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Staff QC (Quality Control) to join our manufacturing team in Jepara. As a key member of our QC department, you will collaborate closely with production supervisors and management to streamline quality assurance processes, reduce waste, and uphold safety and quality protocols across the facility.
Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and evaluate the production process to ensure compliance with established quality standards and SOPs.
- Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods to identify defects.
- Manage documentation for quality reporting, including audit logs, non-conformance reports, and corrective actions.
- Collaborate with the production team to implement improvements that enhance product consistency and decrease defect rates.
- Perform regular calibration and maintenance checks on inspection tools and testing equipment.
- Analyze quality data to identify trends and propose proactive solutions to management.
- Enforce workplace safety and hygiene regulations throughout the manufacturing area.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum D3 or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of proven experience in a Quality Control or Quality Assurance role within the manufacturing industry.
- Deep understanding of quality management systems (QMS), ISO standards, and lean manufacturing principles.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Proficiency in using measuring tools and data analysis software (e.g., Microsoft Excel).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
- High level of attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining production excellence.
- Willing to be based in Kabupaten Jepara, Jawa Tengah.
