Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine quality inspections on raw materials and finished products
- Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Document quality control results and maintain accurate inspection records
- Identify product defects and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues
- Conduct safety audits and ensure workplace safety protocols
- Analyze quality data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Diploma/S1 degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in quality control or manufacturing
- Familiarity with ISO standards and quality management systems
- Proficiency in using quality inspection tools and equipment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail with high accuracy standards
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
