As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for monitoring production lines, conducting thorough inspections, and implementing corrective actions to minimize defects. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with Quality Management System (QMS) standards and ISO requirements.
- Conduct regular quality inspections on raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods to detect defects early.
- Analyze quality data and trends to identify root causes of defects and implement effective corrective actions.
- Collaborate with production teams to train staff on quality control procedures and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Document non-conformance reports (NCRs) and track their resolution to ensure continuous improvement.
- Participate in internal and external audits to ensure regulatory compliance and process effectiveness.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance overall product quality, safety, and operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Quality Control, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control within the manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of quality standards such as ISO, GMP, or HACCP is highly preferred.
- Proficient in using statistical tools and quality management software (e.g., Minitab, SAP QM).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to maintaining high standards and attention to detail.
