We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Staff Quality Control to join our dynamic team in Jakarta. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring that our production processes adhere to strict quality regulations, chemistry standards, and safety protocols.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing raw material inspections, monitoring production lines, and documenting quality performance to ensure continuous improvement. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct routine inspections of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods to ensure compliance with company quality standards.
- Perform laboratory testing and analysis using standard chemical testing methodologies.
- Maintain precise documentation of all quality control logs, testing results, and production reports.
- Identify, document, and report any non-conformities or production deviations to the management team.
- Collaborate with the production department to implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Ensure all laboratory equipment is calibrated and maintained according to safety and operational guidelines.
- Monitor and enforce strict adherence to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) protocols within the workplace.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering.
- Maximum age of 38 years old.
- Strong analytical mindset with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using standard laboratory equipment and quality testing instruments.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
- Good communication skills, capable of preparing clear and concise technical reports.
- Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment in the Jakarta Raya area.
