PT Suryamas Cipta Sentosa is currently seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Staff Quality Control to join our manufacturing team in Tangerang. In this pivotal role, you will be the guardian of our production standards, ensuring that every output meets our rigorous internal benchmarks and client expectations. You will play a hands-on role in identifying defects, analyzing root causes, and implementing corrective actions to streamline our manufacturing processes.

Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and inspect raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods to ensure compliance with quality specifications.
- Conduct regular quality audits on the production floor to identify deviations from standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Document and report all quality-related findings, defects, and non-conformances accurately and in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the production team to troubleshoot recurring quality issues and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Ensure all testing equipment is calibrated and maintained according to safety and accuracy standards.
- Perform statistical analysis on defect rates to identify trends and propose process improvements.
- Assist in the training of production staff regarding quality awareness and adherence to safety protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a Quality Control or Quality Assurance role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of quality control methodologies, ISO standards, and lean manufacturing principles.
- Proficiency in using measuring tools and technical inspection equipment.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- High attention to detail and ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Good communication skills, capable of coordinating with cross-functional teams to resolve quality disputes.
- Willingness to work in Tangerang, Banten.
