Tanggung Jawab
- Perform comprehensive quality control tests on raw materials and finished products
- Operate and calibrate laboratory equipment with precision
- Analyze test results and prepare detailed technical reports
- Ensure compliance with ISO and HACCP quality standards
- Investigate quality deviations and recommend corrective actions
- Maintain organized laboratory documentation and sample records
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Food Technology, or Industrial Engineering
- Minimum 1 year experience in quality control or laboratory testing
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 and HACCP certification processes
- Proficiency in laboratory instrumentation and analytical methods
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Ability to interpret technical specifications and quality metrics
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing quality control systems
