Are you detail-oriented and passionate about manufacturing excellence? We are seeking a diligent Quality Control Staff to join our production team in Lamongan. In this role, you will be the final line of defense, ensuring that every product leaving our facility adheres to the highest quality standards and customer expectations.
You will play a vital role in our operational success by monitoring production cycles, identifying potential defects early, and maintaining accurate quality documentation. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform rigorous inspections on incoming raw materials to ensure they meet procurement specifications.
- Conduct systematic in-process checks to identify variances during the production lifecycle.
- Execute final inspections on finished goods to ensure compliance with company quality standards and client requirements.
- Document all inspection results accurately and maintain comprehensive quality control logs.
- Collaborate with production team members to address and resolve quality-related issues promptly.
- Assist in maintaining calibration logs for all inspection equipment.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall production workflow and efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or quality control environment is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and precision.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and product specifications effectively.
- Proficient in basic computer applications for reporting purposes.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Must be willing to work in Lamongan, Jawa Timur.
- Ability to work efficiently under minimal supervision while meeting strict deadlines.
