Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct research and development activities to innovate existing product lines and manufacturing processes.
- Collaborate with the production team to troubleshoot and optimize manufacturing workflows for increased efficiency.
- Conduct rigorous testing and analysis on prototypes to ensure product quality and safety standards are met.
- Analyze industry trends and competitor products to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Manage technical documentation, including product specifications, test reports, and development logs.
- Work closely with procurement and engineering departments to source high-quality raw materials.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen/Lean) to reduce waste and optimize production costs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Food Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an R&D role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficient in technical data analysis and laboratory testing procedures.
- Experience with ISO standards and quality management systems is highly desirable.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
