Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct R&D projects for manufacturing process optimization and product innovation
- Translate technical documents, patents, and research materials from Mandarin to Bahasa Indonesia
- Facilitate communication between Mandarin-speaking partners and technical teams
- Analyze market trends and competitor products to inform R&D strategies
- Develop and maintain technical glossaries for specialized manufacturing terminology
- Collaborate with logistics teams to optimize supply chain documentation
- Document research findings and development processes in both languages
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field
- Native or fluent Mandarin speaker with professional certification
- Minimum 3 years experience in R&D or manufacturing environment
- Proven technical translation experience with engineering/industrial documents
- Strong analytical skills for research methodology and problem-solving
- Proficiency in technical documentation tools and CAT software
- Understanding of ISO standards and manufacturing compliance requirements
