Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate export-import documentation including customs clearance, bills of lading, and certificates of origin
- Manage shipment schedules and track logistics performance using TMS/ERP systems
- Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and international shipping partners
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and import/export restrictions
- Optimize shipping routes and negotiate freight rates to minimize operational costs
- Resolve logistics disruptions and provide real-time shipment status updates
- Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation for audit purposes
- Collaborate with sales, production, and finance teams for integrated supply chain solutions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in export-import operations within manufacturing sector
- Proficiency in customs procedures, INCOTERMS, and international shipping regulations
- Advanced skills in logistics software (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and MS Office Suite
- Strong analytical abilities for cost-benefit analysis of shipping alternatives
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia for cross-border communications
- Certification in Logistics (e.g., CSCP, CLTD) is highly desirable
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills in high-pressure environments
