Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct and manage regular stock opname cycles to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Monitor and update stock movement reports to prevent discrepancies.
- Coordinate with internal departments to streamline supply chain and procurement workflows.
- Maintain warehouse documentation and digital records in the company ERP system.
- Analyze supply chain data to identify bottlenecks and propose operational improvements.
- Supervise the receiving, storage, and distribution processes of goods.
- Ensure compliance with company safety and operational standards at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or inventory control.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and inventory management software.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with high accuracy.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to be based in Bali and adapt to operational field requirements.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
