Krisanthium Offset Printing, a leader in the printing and manufacturing industry, is looking for a dedicated Staff Warehouse to join our operational team in Surabaya. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining the seamless flow of our production materials and finished goods, ensuring that our high-quality printing products reach our clients on time.
You will be responsible for managing inventory accuracy, coordinating incoming and outgoing shipments, and maintaining a safe, efficient warehouse environment. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, inspecting, and shelving of raw materials and finished goods.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure 100% stock accuracy.
- Prepare and organize orders for shipment, ensuring items are packed safely and documentation is accurate.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, trolleys) safely and efficiently.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization to comply with safety and company standards.
- Coordinate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely material availability.
- Document all stock movements in the warehouse management system accurately.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or inventory management.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to track complex inventory lists.
- Physically capable of lifting and moving stock as required.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills for inventory logging.
- Ability to work well within a team and handle tight deadlines in a manufacturing environment.
- Disciplined, honest, and possess a strong sense of responsibility.
