BCL Hair And Beauty is currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Staff to join our growing team in Denpasar, Bali. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the seamless flow of our inventory, maintaining high standards of stock accuracy, and supporting our logistics operations to ensure our premium beauty products reach our customers efficiently.
As our Warehouse Staff, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of warehouse tasks, including receipt of goods, inventory control, and distribution. We are looking for an individual who is committed to maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work environment while adhering strictly to company SOPs. Tanggung Jawab
- Receive, verify, and inspect incoming beauty and hair care products to ensure quality and quantity accuracy.
- Organize and store inventory in designated areas using effective warehouse management practices.
- Prepare and pack orders for distribution with high attention to detail to minimize errors.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and stock audits to maintain 100% inventory accuracy.
- Monitor stock levels and report low inventory alerts to the procurement team.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe warehouse environment in compliance with safety regulations.
- Coordinate with logistics and shipping partners to ensure timely dispatch of orders.
- Document all stock movements accurately within the company's management system.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or inventory management.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and inventory management software is a plus.
- Strong physical stamina to handle manual lifting and warehouse floor tasks.
- Excellent organizational skills and a high level of integrity regarding stock handling.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting daily targets.
- Understanding of Warehouse SOPs, safety standards, and inventory management best practices.
- Willingness to work full-time and reside in or near Denpasar, Bali.
