Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and distribution of goods.
- Act as the primary liaison between local warehouse staff and management at the China headquarters.
- Translate technical documentation, inventory reports, and internal communications from Mandarin to Indonesian and vice versa.
- Monitor inventory levels and execute accurate stock recording using warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Ensure compliance with all safety and quality control standards within the warehouse facility.
- Prepare periodic reports on warehouse performance, logistics status, and shipping schedules for management.
- Assist in cross-functional coordination for international import/export processes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations or supply chain management.
- Fluency in Mandarin (HSK 4 or equivalent) and Bahasa Indonesia is mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across diverse teams.
- Proficient in MS Office suite and familiar with warehouse inventory software.
- Willingness to travel for business purposes as required, including international travel to China.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced manufacturing and logistics environment.
