- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all dining areas, kitchen spaces, and common areas
- Ensure proper handling and disposal of waste according to health and safety standards
- Assist with dishwashing and maintaining kitchen equipment cleanliness
- Support restaurant operations by restocking supplies and maintaining organized storage areas
- Follow cleaning schedules and checklists to ensure all areas are maintained to company standards
- Report maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions to management promptly
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies
- Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in cleaning services or hospitality industry preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Good physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and sanitation protocols
- Basic understanding of health and safety regulations
